You drop off
Bring your W‑2s, 1099s and last year's return — or email them. We go through the checklist together so nothing is missing. Fifteen minutes.
We prepare
Your federal and California returns get prepared and double-checked the same evening, while the office is quiet and nothing is rushed.
You review & we e‑file
We walk you through the numbers, you sign, and the return is transmitted. You leave with a copy in hand.

We are a North Hollywood office and most of our clients live or work within a few miles — NoHo Arts District regulars, Burbank crews, Van Nuys small business owners, drivers who spend all day on the 101 and want this handled in one stop.
You will deal with the same person from the first phone call through the e‑file confirmation. If you have a question in July, you call the same number and get the same person.

How our fees work
A fixed number, agreed before we start.
We do not bill by the hour, and we do not send a surprise invoice in May. Once we have seen your documents and know which forms your situation actually needs, we give you a figure. That figure is what you pay, and it is agreed before any work begins.

Common questions
Before you come in
Is the return really finished overnight?
For a straightforward individual return with complete documents, yes — drop off by 4pm and we review it with you the next business day. Returns with a business schedule, rental property, multiple states or missing paperwork take longer, and we tell you that up front rather than after you have paid.
What do I need to bring?
Photo ID, Social Security or ITIN numbers for everyone on the return, all income forms (W‑2, 1099‑NEC, 1099‑K, 1099‑INT and so on), last year's return if you have it, and records for any deductions you plan to claim. There is a printable list on our Resources page.
I haven't filed in a few years. Is that a problem here?
It is one of the most common reasons people call us, and it is fixable. We pull your IRS transcripts, work out which years are actually outstanding, and file them in order. See Back Taxes & Late Filing.
Do you take payment out of my refund?
No. Refund-transfer products route your refund through a third-party bank, add their own charges and slow the money down. You pay us directly when the return is finished, and your refund goes straight from the IRS to your own account.
What languages do you speak in the office?
English, Armenian and Russian.
